How can I track vendor attendance?

You can track the vendor attendance by clicking on the Vendor Attendance in the Attendance module mentioned at the bottom right corner inside a projects page. Here in this section of the software, you can update vendor attendance, calculate custom bills and also download vendor reports.

Can I edit the downloaded DRP?

No, you cannot edit a downloaded DPR since it would lead to confusions as DPRs are the final reports to track daily progress. But if you need to include only some custom parameters mentioned inside the app to track daily progress, you can select/deselect these parameters before generating the report.particlular event then download

Can I add new charts to the dashboard?

No

How will I get to know that materials are actually consumed in the site when a new request has been raised?

You can go to inventory and check the consumption of material and if you wanted to see each and every day material consumption then they can pull out the report for material/inventory.

Do you have a sample sheet for the planning?

Yes, we do have a default/sample sheet for the planning process. You can download this sample spreadsheet only after you have listed/uploaded at least one activity/event on the spreadsheet. This sample sheet can be used as planning template for small tasks only.

How will I track the attendance of the labor if they are changing every day?

For different labours coming to your project site everyday, you have to add each new labour/group of labours separately everyday. You also have the option mark attendance for labours in groups based on their level of expertise - i.e., skilled or unskilled.
