Who has to update the attendance?

The site supervisor or engineer present on a construction site can usually record and maintain the labour attendance using our app. On the other hand, if you do not have anyone employed for that post, you can assign any member from your team to record attendance.

How will I track the attendance of the labor if they are changing every day?

For different labours coming to your project site everyday, you have to add each new labour/group of labours separately everyday. You also have the option mark attendance for labours in groups based on their level of expertise - i.e., skilled or unskilled.

Can I create an additional category than skilled and unskilled in labor attendance?

Currently, we have not provided any feature on the Powerplay app to add any other labour category apart from skilled and unskilled.

What is material Expense and Payments in DPR?

Material expense is the payable/payment that has to be paid to the vendor. It is also included in the Daily Project Report(DPR) created on our software.
Payments is the cost/bill for employing sub-contracted labour. These cash receipts can be generated separately as payables and are not included in daily reports.

Can I pay wages based on sqft?

Yes if you assigned the work to vendor as per the sqft.

Do we have Face recognition in Attendance?

No, currently we do not offer face recognition or any other biometric system to help Powerplayers record attendance but your site supervisor/engineer can update attendance on our software in a customized way, based on the type of worker, wage bracket and vendor.
